1. General Policy / Genel Politika
TR: Nodea AI dijital bir yazılım hizmetidir. Kredi ve abonelik satın alımları, hizmetin dijital yapısı nedeniyle sınırlı koşullarda iade edilir.
EN: Nodea AI is a digital software service. Credit and subscription purchases are refundable only under limited conditions due to the digital nature of the service.
2. Payment Provider / Ödeme Sağlayıcı
TR: Ödemeler Dodo Payments tarafından işlenir. İade talepleri Nodea AI destek ekibi tarafından incelenir ve uygun görülen iadeler ödeme sağlayıcısı üzerinden başlatılır.
EN: Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. Refund requests are reviewed by the Nodea AI support team, and approved refunds are initiated through the payment provider.
3. Refundable Cases / İade Edilebilir Durumlar
TR: Çift çekim, hatalı tutar, sistem kaynaklı hizmet sunulamaması veya kullanıcı hatası olmayan teknik sorunlarda iade talebi incelenebilir.
EN: Refund requests may be reviewed for duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, inability to provide the service due to system issues, or technical issues not caused by the user.
4. Non-Refundable Cases / İade Edilmeyen Durumlar
TR: Kullanılmış krediler, üretilmiş çıktılar, kullanıcı hatası, yasaklı kullanım, promosyon kredileri ve hizmet şartlarının ihlali iade edilmez.
EN: Used credits, generated outputs, user error, prohibited use, promotional credits, and violations of the terms are not refundable.
5. Request Window / Talep Süresi
TR: Ödeme hataları için 7 gün, teknik sorunlar için 48 saat, diğer uygun talepler için 14 gün içinde destek ekibine başvurulmalıdır.
EN: Payment errors must be reported within 7 days, technical issues within 48 hours, and other eligible requests within 14 days.
6. How To Request / Talep Yöntemi
TR: İade talepleri ai@nodeastudio.com.tr adresine hesap e-postası, işlem tarihi, işlem numarası ve iade nedeni ile gönderilmelidir.
EN: Refund requests must be sent to ai@nodeastudio.com.tr with the account email, transaction date, transaction ID, and refund reason.
7. Processing Time / İşlem Süresi
TR: Talepler genellikle 5-7 iş günü içinde incelenir. Onaylanan iadeler ödeme sağlayıcı ve bankaya bağlı olarak 7-14 iş günü içinde tamamlanabilir.
EN: Requests are usually reviewed within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds may take 7-14 business days depending on the payment provider and bank.
